“The dress itself is GORGEOUS, however, today (the day of my event) I noticed that the zipper had holes in it and was extremely cheap. It was nearly impossible to get the zipper up even when the dress was off. For the price I would expect MUCH better quality. I have never been more stressed out or overwhelmed by having such a low quality dress. I ended up having to be sewn into it, leaving the dress unable to be returned. I am heart broken because I love this dress and it does fit but I feel like the pricing does not match the quality. I will be reaching out to customer service to see if this can be resolved.”
