Horrid! I shopped for a gift card to go to a recipient. The site did not allow me to send to another address. Very difficult web site to use.

Same issue as everyone else has had …. I bought a $100 gift card with no option to place a recipient email and I have yet to receive confirmation, seems like this should have been resolved as of now with the same issue ms recurring

The gift card was sent to me in an email, there was no place to enter the info. I copied and pasted the link and tried to send it to the reipient, but he cannot click on it. This is all very confusing and I don't know how to use it at all now. Please help.

I bought a gift card. You sent it to me instead of the recipient. I sent him the link. It expired before he could use it. I tried to send you an email message, but the reply said that it was only for outgoing messages. I tried to talk to your stupid AI and got nowhere. I know a lot of tall people I will never use your company again. And you owe me $50.

Doesn’t work. I ordered two e-gift cards. After not receiving them, I sent a note to customer service for help. No response. The e-gift cards were finally delivered via email 13 (thirteen) days after ordering. Now that the recipient is trying to use the gift card, the link says expired. There is an option to resend a new code link. After trying it a dozen time, refreshing email and checking junk mail each time, still nothing. I’m trying to contact cs, but they don’t work past 3:30 pm et and the ai isn’t helpful.

Received one as a gift. But where the link/barcode/QR code for the gift card is a mystery to both of us. and their customer service only works banker hours (or perhaps bankers are jealous of American Tall's customer service hours). Have been a loyal AT customer for years. But this is unacceptable.

I purchased a $50 gift card. I got the confirmation email but never got a redemption code. It is impossible to get assistance because there is only an automated chat box which is ridiculousness useless. I have disputed it with my credit card company because, frankly, I am not gonna wait 3 business for a customer service rep who may or may not get back to me. American Tall, you need to do better.
