“My return was processed on February 8th and the gift card provided is showing as expired! I haven’t been able to get anyone on the phone and no email has been provided. The customer service provided by this company has been poor from the beginning.”

“I got the confirmation email but never an email with the code. I took screen shots of the whole buying process and it asks for a "cantact" email adress but since I didn't select to send it as a gift it never asked for a recipient email. I'm not sure if that's the issue but this needs to be fixed asap or I'll be be fiking a fraudulent charge report with my bank.”

“I have found the sizing of jeans to be very erratic. Sometimes it's too large and sometimes too small. When a credit is issued (Gift Card) it is difficult to find this amount at checkout! This should appear as an option to apply it to invoice. I'm sure it is much to your advantage if these are lost or never used but NOT good for us customers!”
