“Doesn’t work.
I ordered two e-gift cards. After not receiving them, I sent a note to customer service for help. No response. The e-gift cards were finally delivered via email 13 (thirteen) days after ordering.
Now that the recipient is trying to use the gift card, the link says expired. There is an option to resend a new code link. After trying it a dozen time, refreshing email and checking junk mail each time, still nothing. I’m trying to contact cs, but they don’t work past 3:30 pm et and the ai isn’t helpful.”

“Received one as a gift. But where the link/barcode/QR code for the gift card is a mystery to both of us. and their customer service only works banker hours (or perhaps bankers are jealous of American Tall's customer service hours). Have been a loyal AT customer for years. But this is unacceptable.”
“I purchased a $50 gift card. I got the confirmation email but never got a redemption code. It is impossible to get assistance because there is only an automated chat box which is ridiculousness useless. I have disputed it with my credit card company because, frankly, I am not gonna wait 3 business for a customer service rep who may or may not get back to me. American Tall, you need to do better.”

“I got the confirmation email but never an email with the code. I took screen shots of the whole buying process and it asks for a "cantact" email adress but since I didn't select to send it as a gift it never asked for a recipient email. I'm not sure if that's the issue but this needs to be fixed asap or I'll be be fiking a fraudulent charge report with my bank.”
