“This company shipped out a defective item to me. I have been following up with them for over 6 days and it has been an absolute mess getting a resolution. I am tired of constantly following up with them and honestly at the point have accepted that I lost money shopping with this brand. Store credit has finally been issued today but nothing to cover the additional increase in the item’s cost + shipping costs that I will be incurring as a result of my replacement purchase. Bad customer service and terrible quality being sold. I normally do not post reviews but I am posting this as a warning to potential customers - if you unluckily get a defective item, do not expect a fair resolution. Good luck to everybody.”
