“Picked up two pairs of these on clearance in red in medium tall, and though I tend to be either a MXT or LXT, 34W or 36W, depending on how it is made, I was pleasantly surprised with how well they fit and would suggest that they fit a bit big. While they do not have the ballpark pouch feature, they still fit well, and about the only thing that I could say negative about them was that the legs tend to ride or roll up a bit. But all in all, good job again American Tall. Keep up the great work.”
“Extremely comfortable! The waistband is slightly more relaxed than what I’m used to wearing (size M with a 32’ waist) but it gives a more “free” feeling. If you want breathable underwear at a reasonable price, snag these and try them for yourself. Rival more expensive brands for sure. Great for work and casual days.”

“Took some research to find these beauties. The feel is amazing even after many washes. Love that the waistband has no scratchy tag on it. Don’t personally use the fly portion on them so can’t comment on that. Very breathable and love the length, just what a tall person needs in their life. Went with extra large instead of my usual large in Haynes brand size so they’re not too snug.”
