“I paid $15 for expedited delivery as I was leaving for travel and needed the pants. The update email noted that they would arrive AFTER I left for my trip. When calling to ask for a $15 refund on shipment that was not expedited, I was informed that I read the website incorrectly and no refund was available. The website need some serious UX (User Experience) attention, your AI is all confused and the live person could have cared less. I can find tall pants elsewhere.”
We're sorry for the confusion. We see that you spoke with our customer support team and they mentioned that the package was delivered within the specified time frame. Shipping costs are final sale, however, you're welcome to return the leggings.
“Your size range is not for Plus size women. I bought the largest size waist (38.5) which is 2XLT, but they were too short. The Extra Long only comes in a 36.5 waist, so that wouldn't have fit me in the waist.”
