“Thought I was getting something heavier for the winter...these leggings are simply "tights" very thin and one pair was damp....I'll end up using then as "long johns"! Disappointing”

“I ordered 6 pairs of the cotton leggings in different colors. The black pair must have missed quality control because the length was 4 inches shorter on the left leg and 2 inches shorter on right leg than the other 5 pair of leggings. This black pair of leggings is trash. Being short is bad but having noticeably different leg lengths make them unwearable by anyone. I shouldn't have to pay to return these leggings that not one will be able to wear. And I don't appreciate having to find the time it takes to return this defective item. I would attach a picture with the comparison of a good pair of leggings and the bad pair but this review section appears to not have a way to attach a picture. Can American Tall please send me a good pair in black? Your "Help Center" and "Contact Us" were useless. Talking to a robot is a waste of time. Who wants to talk to a robot? Also, why does your site always send you a code to login instead of having an easy login where you can just type in your password. American Tall has the most difficult site to navigate account information, orders, login, etc. It's exhausting and time consuming compared to other sites.”

“super cute and so comfy unfortunatly too see through, u can see all my tattoos and my butt. I was so sad because i wanted to keep them. Also kind of rough it's a nine dollar return fee. don't even know if it's worth it to try more cloths from here with that fee :(”
