My height is mostly from my legs so I almost bought the extra tall, but I didn't want a scrunched bottom for track pants, so I was a bit scared they'd be too short- but they fit so perfectly and feel like high quality material! I'm tall and thin with not much shape so I was also worried about the waist-hip combo (usually I either get puffy at the butt or too tight at the waist) but these have just the right amount of stretch in the waist.
