American Tall does not have a phone number, only an email for customer service and take 2 - 3 days to respond. The experience was unbelievably painful to try to get a replacement pair, every colour in 2 sizes were out of stocks. I was unable to get a credit for a pair of sweatpants, only the sale price as a credit. And an overall apathy from customer service. Standard apologies without any effort to find a solution that helped me the customer. They wouldn’t even notify me when they were back in stock, I had to check online every few days.”
