“The style is great and my daughter was so excited about the length when she pulled them on but it quickly turned to disappointment when she buttoned them. She seldom orders anything that doesn’t have an elastic waist for this exact reason. The waist was huge- not true to the measurement at all. We thought we were ordering a bit tight at 34 but they are 2-3” loose.
Worse yet, we want to exchange them for the 32/37 and they’ve been out of stock for a week. When I finally saw that they were back in stock, I tried to complete a return/exchange and it said the 32/37 was out of stock, even though in another window I had a pair in my cart ready to checkout. Why can I buy a pair of 32/37 but I can’t exchange for a 32/37? For the last two years my daughter has worn nothing but American Tall leggings but this experience trying to get jeans for her has let us down big time. Customer service is very slow to respond to my emails and I’m afraid the 32/37 will be out of stock again by the time they get back to me.
Summary- waist is very loose and the return/exchange process is not by any means easy.”
