“I am using an AMP's MultiCharts.NET v.12 software and my feeling is that they are way below the level of Nija Trader. Ninja Trader beats MC hands down with placing trades charts drawing.
The ver.12 of MC.NET is not to bad for what I do because I simply got used to it.
The question to AMP: you providing ver.12 of MC.NET to your customers. But there is ver.15 of MC.NET which has some very good basic improvements. Why are you not interested updating the software?
The Good: Fairly straight forward.
The Bad:
1. no price line across the screen.
2. When using the Entry icon to place an Entry onto the chart it gets very messy with all the Master strategy lines active on a chart.
3. bad drawing (trend lines) feature. when checking other time frame those lines become distorted / moved = useless.
4. no proper range bars.
5. why not let people name the strategy icons with wisible names instead of just colors?
