“Their program has become super unstable. It takes me days on end to get my workspace configured, only to have some issue pop up. Tech support is responsive, but there are way too many tweaks, file replacements, deletions, etc that need to happen to get the program working well. I really want to love this program mostly because of the Pricesquawk plugin, but honestly I spend way too much time with support to fix problems. It's not worth it.”
“New platform coming out, which apparently has improved auction vista and fast since the software doesn’t take up as much PC usage. I think the DOM is hands down the best that I’ve seen. I love volume gradient footprints. IMO improvements can be made on a few small things but not a deal breaker: software can feel a tiny bit clunky at times (issues loading at times but there’s a quick fix for it, m30 fp auto centers when I draw which means I have to scroll/drag on every drawing), market profile could use improvements, fp stats could be better, fp options such as extending naked va, highlighting poc, ratio calculations (this is just me being picky but still LOVE js!)”
“Great platform for the price. Support has been great and responsive. Their dev is pretty slow. I have been waiting for a x instrument fix for months and still nothing.
I only use the DOM, no charts or footprint, so keep that in mind.”
“The platform freeze and disconnect during high volatility market that make me loose a lot of many . It’s not worth the money paid for it .. annual live trading subscription 500$ +750 life time license to use the platform .”
“While I really enjoy the price ladders and how easy they are to modify to how we want to see real time price changes I also have to point out that Peter Davies has put out tons of content over the years to give everyone a chance to get off to a good start. He's honest about how order flow can only enhance an existing positive strategy but won't fix a failing one. I appreciate that he has a great product as well as I believe he is sincere in helping traders succeed.”
