“I only use the platform for a traditional basic chart and DOM for one instrument (micro contract mainly)
I have found the platform very easy to set up and get along with, all functions I require work well and backup to prefered is easy and reliable.
I have experienced NO unexplained disconects from May 2024 and I only have a reasonable braodband connection my end.
Niggle regarding order ticket always on top feature is minor annoying if you wish to change instrument on one without pulling up a new one due to the box popping up behind the ticket that will not budge if always on top selected for the ticket.
I have found the traditional DOM to be more than fit for my purpose, a little lag or ghosting from time to time but order resting filled, and attached stop limits produced as per order, I have no complaints regarding. The DOM copes well on the open and constant middle if selected works well. I must point out I am only a low volume point and click trader these days.
While I do not use the standard profile charts, I looked at them due to my long term interest in that market view and they are very nice and all main data points can be adjusted to your own requirements.
I use the FREE VERSION for what is my limited market trading hobby these days.
A very good experience right out of the box, thank you Quanttower and AMP, this kind of market exposure is no longer really available in the uk at an affordable price to retail anymore.

“I only trade SP futures (EP) in small lots. I have only one chart open that shows me the buys and sells (and a moving avg or two)
I was looking for a trading application with a simple DOM that would let me place trades and stop-trades with stops and targets with a click, and let me adjust them manually during the trade.
I tried a couple of others but they always had a feature or two that annoyed me. Quantower doesn't.
I would add that Quantower is more than adequate for my needs.”
“Quantower has been my favorite platform so far in 4 years of trying different platforms. The only issue I had with this one is that in a previuos version, the drawings would not delete if you hit the delete button. If you closed the program and reopened it they would be gone though. Its slow to load new data from the server but I don't change timeframes on the fly, I keep a chart up of each timeframe I watch so that isn't an issue.”
