“TradingView is the best trading platform I have found. I love the look and simplicity and that the platform is cloud based and can be used in browser.”
“The Good: It is very user friendly a really well done platform.
The Bad: the ladder is not the same as the one on TT and so it feels to me it’s more difficult to trade data points release unless you wait for the second push! On those days it feel a little slow the platform but then maybe I need to upgrade my computer”
“it's invaluable if you want to be real trader.
it's robust with features and tools. personally, I've never had anything but the Premium version.
the desktop app is a better experience than within a browser imo. there's simply TOO much to list as to why TradingView should be mandatory for all serious traders.
what i dislike isn't even TradingView's fault, or is it?
ie: embedded T.V. charts
most exchanges will offer these and as we all know, the features are less because we cannot log into our own TV account through the exchange. THAT'S SILLY. why must i customize any T.V. chart anywhere if i'm paying an arm and a leg each year to have this app?? i should just be able to log in to T.V. anywhere, regardless of who's hosting the chart. SAVE US TIME and give us that feature
also, HOTKEYS
real traders live and die by TradingView
we should have the ability to customize our experience by making our own hot key functions. SAVE US CLICKS. you ever play a video game and not get the option to map your controller or change sticks? makes you feel like you're playing NES and you're stepping into the past.
TradingView is most certainly the best tool a trader can have. the Devs do a great job at implementing features. i would like them, and T.V. to remember:
your goal at delivering this product is to make sure once we use it, we won't want to use anything else and to keep us IN TradingView. i don't want to use my exchange to trade, ever.”
“TradingView is really good for technical analysis and research. I also like it for daytrading but there are some caveat:
1. The TradingView DOM and footprint charts are still very weak. Order day trading strategies must be used to trade on trading view.
2. Compared to other platform (such as Sierra Charts), there can be a lag (slippage) on day trading order execution.b”
“I haven't used any other charting software but TradingView. Therefore, I cannot make a fair comparison with anything else. But my experience with TradingView is that it's easy to use, fast, responsive and provides what I need in terms of charting tools. Also, a seamless integration with AMP futures is a must for me and it really works very well so far. I can confidently say that overall I'm happy to use TradingView as an AMP futures customer.”
