“High quality construction. I would give it 5 stars, if the holding mechanism was more robust than the rubber straps and spring loaded side clamps. I don't see the rubber straps holding up, long term. Overall, very good quality, though. I haven't used it, on a cart, yet, but I think it will serve my purpose.”
