“Was easy to install and get working, only issue I have with it is it's hopping BB's to the left. I'm trying to work out a way to fix this as I know the issue, but other than that it's very consistent.”

“Just trash your stock hop up a soon as you get the gun and replace it with this. Amazing piece of kit, it will totally transform the way your lmg preforms.”

“Created the biggest improvement any upgrade has for the m249. The stock hop had wiggle room and this is firmly in place and has perfect air seal with the prommy purple bucking installed. Oh and no more vertical nub like on the stock unit allowing you to use flat hop”

“I ordered the Bullgear - CNC Hop Up for A&K/Cyber Gun/Classic Army M249 for my A&K Para M249 to replace the stock hop up. This hop up is amazing! Coupled with a Firefly - Namazu Flat Hop Nub with Roller Bar and a Prometheus - Hopup Soft Bucking (Purple), As recommended by staff, This guns range has almost doubled! Getting good range with a support weapon is exactly what you want! Keep the enemy at a distance and support your squad! These items are great and I would recommend them to anyone looking for an easy upgrade to their SAW.”

“I just got this in the mail today and I am very impressed with the quality of the product. Upon receiving this in the mail I noticed that this doesn't come with any replacement o-rings(isn't a big deal, I just used the stock one from my stock hopup from the A&K M249) upon installing it my o-ring broke. With the price you would expect to get a new o-ring like most hopup units do. The second downside is that the nub arm lever isn't removable when I went to place a maple leaf nub it was to tall. I had to go through the air nozzle opening to get it to sit in right. Pain to do, but I eventually got it to sit in right. Haven't had a chance to test it out yet, but I do look forward to doing so. “I have not field tested this new hop up yet but the quality seems extremely good. Much better than the stock m249 style hop up that came with my Stoner LMG which appears to be cast out of some pretty cheap metal and has always given my problems of inconstant hop and/or hopping some to the side rather than just up. I especially like that this works more like a conventional hop up and uses standard nubs. It's pricey but it seems to be well worth the price. I look forward to getting out and testing it in the field.”
