Arvin, Sorry to hear that your package never arrived. I was looking through our emails / messages and did not see any come from your email? Have you reached out to us? We carry insurance on all of our packages and can easily reship or refund the lost package. Sadly this happens with mail carriers and even though it was our package, we do not control the fact that they loose packages. :( We do however cover the package and make sure that you are taken care of and take care of it as soon as we are contacted regarding it. “You just screw out the original green gas valve, wrap teflon tape around the threads of the hpa adapter, and you're good to go. Haven't fielded my scattergun yet but I can tell it's going to be even more of a beast.”
