Guarder springs are my go to spring in EVERY aeg I build. SSG/DSG you name it, these springs deliver and stay consistent on fps even when your aeg is not in use for a while. I have had these springs sit in some of my builds over a year not being used, and they chrono identical to when they were first installed and tested. A few thousand rounds have been through them and still they hold up to the task. Just remember SP vs M rated springs are different but 10. For example, an SP120 is equivalent to an M130. Depending on the inner barrel length and bore, you may need to use a weaker SP spring or short stroke teeth off of the sector gear pickup/release side of the piston (piston release not always necessary to remove teeth). For an outdoor build, I usually use an sp120, 13:1 gears short stroked 2 teeth from the pickup side of the gear, zci 300-363 6.02 tbb, maple leaf 60 macaron/silicone bucking and omega nub, aoe corrected piston ( 2nd tooth removed from pickup side, and 3rd tooth angled to clear sector tooth pickup/avoid pme and a washer or spacer under the piston head) and get nearly 400-405 fps which will settle down once the spring breaks in. For cqb builds 350s or less, I do the same with a shorter zci inner barrel, 50 degree macaron/silicon bucking and an SP110. I can't speak for all but this is what works for me!
