Thank you for your review. In regards to your concern, your order with second day air shipping had an HPA rig on it. Although we do our best to prioritize these orders, they still require lead time since some pieces have to be assembled in house and altogether depend on how many rig orders are in at any given time for our HPA techs to work on. The second order was able to be shipped out much sooner due to it being a simple pick and ship.
We do apologize for the amount of time that it took to get your order shipped out to you, but please keep in mind that any custom item, such as rigs and HPA guns, require lead time to be assembled in house.
