“I had bad luck with a zci barrel from here and now even worse luck with my lambda with noticable scratches around the hop window and the weird part is the top part of the inner surface looks like it was scratched 50 or so times by hand. Not happy with the bad luck I've had ordering barrels here I'd be happy to pay for a service to inspect barrels before shipping because I'm getting tired now”

Hi Matthew, Sorry you are having issues with your barrels. We have checked our other barrels and do notice a little bit of marks, but they are usually machining marks and do not effect performance at all. This is how they all come and that picture does not look unusual. Sometimes they do have some dust though. Nothing a little cloth wouldn't fix. After you had problems with the first ZCI barrel, we responded within a few hours and let you keep the barrel along with a full store credit refund. When you got the new lambda barrel, you expressed the same issue. This leads us to believe that it may be another problem here and not actually the barrels themselves. It is possible that your actual gun build could be causing the performance issues - have you tried actually shooting out of this barrel? Or cleaning it first? We can have you return the barrel again, but you may continue to experience these issues unless you buy a premium finish barrel like PDI or EdGI. Before we send out the new barrel we will actually send you a picture this time before we ship it. We do not touch these inner barrels at all from the manufacturer, so there is no way someone would have actually damaged these by hand like you mentioned. All of these inner barrels come sealed from the factory, and we sell hundreds of these without anyone reporting these issues. It is definitely odd that you are experiencing this issue twice in a row. Looking forward to helping you solve this issue!

“Bought this barrel for an SR25 build with the plan of running it in my m4 if the 525fps with .20’s was too high. Ended up not needing plan B because this barrel can spit out a .32 with ease and it’s shockingly accurate with very minimal work. Excited to get it properly seated and get those 100yard shots that’ll definitely be possible with this barrel. Very happy”

“Very pleased with this barrel. You can look down the barrel and it has a mirror finish! I was super impressed for the price. It is a very solid feeling barrel with some weight to it. It slid perfectly through a barrel extending suppressor with a nice fit. Will buy more of their product in the future.”

“Order my first lambda ONE barrel 420mm, awesome quality, you can look down it and see how it was polished very well. I matched this barrel with a pro win unit, maple leaf macaroon 80° bucking and the elvish tac m nub for prowin units and it shots just like an r hop set up. I'm using the stock hop up arm no modifications needed when using the elvish tac m nub.”
