“Carrier is well belt for people of smaller frame. Being someone who Medium is sometimes too big, going a size down can work best. Unfortunately the cummerbund size is limited to very small frames. Swapped a Crye JPC cummberbund to make it fit better. For me personally I gave me hotspots on the traps, producing minor soreness. For smaller side of medium individuals looking to go with a more smaller plate carrier to fit them better, it may work. Personally I use a different carrier and my wife uses this now.”
