Product Description:
This adapter allows you to use HPA (high pressure air) and M4 AEG magazines on your Hi-Capa airsoft pistol. To use it you will also need an M4 AEG magazine, “paintball” tank with low pressure regulator (0-140 psi), a hose with a Foster (polarstar) quick disconnect and of course bbs. The normal operating pressure for green gas is roughly 120 psi depending on the temperature. We recommend that you run your pistol near this pressure and do not exceed 140 psi. Keep in mind that higher pressures can cause excessive wear and damage to the internal components of your airsoft pistol.

Definitely recommend some high quality mid caps like the EPM :) Will make the experience a whole lot better. Glad you are enjoying the adapter otherwise!

About 3 months ago I bought a Cz P09 tapp to go with my current hpa jack set up and Cz p09. It would be nice to have a back up if anything ever acts up with the polar star and I already had the tank, line and gun so all I bought was the the adapter. The day It came I tried it with TM 200 mags on 130psi. It would fire once and then the next round wouldn’t be seated. Would shake it, rack it, fire, repeat. I thought it was the spring strength of the mag, but a week later I got pts epm1’s for the jack set up, and nothing changed. Mag was seated fine btw. I would push the mag up hard and it would just move the bbs up like half a cm while still being hung up At this point I couldn’t return it and primary Airsoft never returned either of my voicemails or email. So, I took it apart, and started sanding the interior of the mag to see if I could get the hang up. When that didn’t work (still a hang up) I tried making a single stack bb guide that just wouldn’t work cause I don’t have the equipment or experience make something like that work. In all I’ve done sanding, I cut down and filed an old 6.4 aluminum inner barrel to act as a single stack bb guide, used full mags, mags with higher and lower weight bbs. Im at a loss. I want to fix it my self, but I’m just ready to take it to a gun tech. 100% didn’t NOT come out of box ready to use.

First, you are running your pistol at 130psi, which is too high for a green gas mag. Green gas is anywhere from 60-80psi, so your gun might be reacting to a higher pressure than it was meant for. Also, the owner of Primary Airsoft just passed away this month, and they were already understaffed so they have mostly shut down temporarily while they sort out operations without him. I would try running the system at about 80psi with normal midcap magazine, not the EPM1s. The EPM1s are pretty aggressive as far as pushing up bbs at first. Once they are broken in, they are much better, but the super strong springs might be causing the jam up at first.
