PolarStar Jack V2 Player Package | Standard FCU | HPA Kit
The PolarStar JACK HPA system is PolarStar's response for the player's need for an affordable, yet high quality engine. The JACK is a high performance conversion featuring a drop in cylinder replacement for most AEG's. The PolarStar JACK V2 Player Package allows players purchase all of the HPA equipment needed in addition to the JACK HPA system. Other great features of the PolarStar Jack is its robust design, ability to drop in relatively easily to your gearbox, and its affordable price point compared with other PolarStar engines.

Your choice of 7.4v Mini LIPO Battery, connector, or neither. Please keep in mind that all FCU come wired to JST connectors. (For international orders or air shipments, please select none or the JST Connector Adapter)
Your Choice of Ninja Tank(After listening to feedback from customers we have decided to offer SLP tanks with our player kits as they are compatible with all regulators on the market and offer the same or better performance over standard tanks. No more worrying which tank will work with your setup.)
Your Choice of Air Rig(All of our air rigs now come with dual Quick Disconnect lines, as well as Tourney Lock capabilities.)

This replica is available as either a standalone gun, or as a Player Kit. If you are a first time HPA user, then we recommend that you purchase an Air Rig, Line, Tank, and Battery.
This item is custom built, please allow for build times and demand.
LiPo batteries require special care. They cannot be completely discharged or they risk being ruined.  We will not replace batteries due to improper care. Batteries come with a storage charge and must be charged before first time use.
This item can only be shipped ground within the United States.  No air or expedited shipping options are available.
Amped Airsoft Reserves the right to DENY any custom text (without refund) if deemed offensive, derogatory, or blatantly inappropriate.
Custom text must be in English characters only.
All Amped Custom Builds come with a 1 year limited warranty. If there are any issues with your custom product, please reach out to sales@ampedairsoft.com. good package to get everything i got a carbon fiber 50/4500 tank and i love it the only bad thing is that i was sent a dead battery

If you are trying to get a polar star this is the way to go amped makes it very easy to get everything you need for setting it up.

Love it, easiest and most simple way to start my journey for hpa. Gave me everything I needed for a cheaper price then expected, had fast shipping, and absolutely love it. Never had a problem with service that resulted in me having to contact them or with shipping. 5/5

Terrible customer service and incredibly slow shipping. Item arrived broken and I had to contact Polarstar to have a new wire harness sent out. When I emailed about the slow shipping, the customer service rep made excuses and disregarded my concern.

Blake, Thank you for taking the time to leave this feedback. We wanted to respond to this accordingly so that our perspective of this situation was explained as we felt this was handled in a completely different manner. First off, we do not understand how we had provided terrible customer service as we responded to all of your concerns promptly and with great detail. You had asked about shipping time, which we then responded to in roughly an hour with an explanation as to why you are experiencing these "slow" shipping times. We corrected you in your original email (as you had been mistaken and said the package was shipped Tuesday when the label was actually created Monday), and we then confirmed that the item was shipped out within 24 business hours. It shipped out on Monday because we are not in the office over the weekend. So there is no delay there at all, and citing that we have "incredibly slow" shipping times and gave you excuses is actually incredibly insulting. We work very hard to get orders out within 1-2 business days, and we hit our mark here. Any further delays would be due to the postal service and this is 100% out of our control. As for the item being broken, this is not something we have the power to control and can only do our best to resolve these situations as they arise. From the emails you sent to us, it looks like this was actually resolved within an hour by Polarstar who said they would take care of the situation for you. As unfortunate as it is that the item arrived broken, this shouldn't be blamed on us as there is nothing we could have done there to predict this happening. Especially without giving us the appropriate and acceptable amount of time to resolve before bashing us and giving us a poor review. Overall, we are sorry to hear that you had a poor shopping experience with us. We do our best each day to ensure that our customers have positive shopping experiences with us and that is reflected in the numerous positive reviews that we get each day. Without being given the proper amount of time to resolve these situations, we see it unreasonable to give us the feedback that you did.
