Piston's body is made at modern injection machines from material PA 6.6 with 30% addition of carbon fibers and 10% addition of Molybdenum. Carbon fibres increase durability of Polyamide and molybdenum lowers overal friction. After piston's pressing it is dipped in water bath to equalibrate moisture and to strengthen carbon fibres.Pistons' teeth are milled by CNC machine, tempered by induction and chemicaly blackened.
