I'm using this in an 18:1 dsg build, and it pulls an sp150 in its sleep at ~50 rps. despite being a hi speed motor, has really strong magnets and surprisingly formidable torque. despite not being a torque motor, still blows most stock motors clear out of the water. great budget motor

Two builds so far. Going to be using another in pretty soon as well. A&k gearboxes tend to run shallow motor cages. Rocket seems to fit just right paring up with the ponion peftectly.

i have had one of these for a while and its currently in my main ssg build this thing has no trouble pulling an m120 on siegetek 10:1 gears fire rate is about 40 rps on an 11.1.

I've had the brush springs on THREE of them (have five or six total) corrode and break on me. This is both while the motor was sitting in its packaging on my workbench, as well as installed in an AEG hanging on the wall. Fortunately, I have old stock motors that I've been able to cannibalize the springs. Outside of the springs issue, these are strong motors - can easily pull up to at least an M135 spring, so make my M120 rentals super snappy. I do recommend the motors, but only if you have an old motor you can pull the brush springs from.

I was looking for something a little more affordable than the ASG motors, but with comparable ability. These are definitely the ticket. Confirmed that they'll easily pull an M135 spring with an 11.1v Lipo, so my field's rental guns will be super snappy with the M120 springs in them.
