The Umarex Elite Force HK 416A5 AEG Rifle in Black by VFC is a brand new addition to the airsoft market.
The Rifle has officially licensed H&K trademarks on the body. The body of the rifle is a tough and durable full metal with a new rail system that allows the sights to fold down into it, allowing for a faster, more convenient experience when changing for optics or scopes. The interior is fitted with an Avalon gearbox and an adjustable hop-up. Equipped with an internal Mosfet, updated bolt release, reshaped magwell for quicker reloads, and ambidextrous magazine release.
The adjustable rear stock and metal quad rail system let's you customize your gun's load out and be comfortable while doing so. It has semi auto and full auto firing modes, a muzzle velocity of approximately 390 fps (with .20g BBs), an effective range of 150 feet, and 1100 RPM Rate of Fire with a 9.6v battery. The total weight of the gun is 6.75lbs and the length is 27.5-30.5 inches.
It comes with a hi-cap magazine (wind up style) that can hold 320rds.
For peace of mind, this rifle comes with a 1 Year manufacture warranty, so if something happens, Elite Force has you covered.

Overall, this AEG replica of H&K's 416a5 sub-compact rifle provides fantastic performance straight out of the package. The external construction looks and feels robust and nails the 416's iconic profile. On the field, the Vega Force internals provide a consistent RoF, accurate groupings (tested at 50 to 70 yards), good trigger response, and an average FPS of 375 (tested with 0.25g BBs). The AEG was tested with mid-cap magazines from PTS, Krytac, and G&G. All three did a great job feeding BB's into the hop-up, and there was no double feeding that I could see. Power-wise, the AEG easily takes 11.1 LiPos with no noticeable overspin and no damage to the internal MOSFET. It's not all bubblegum and butterflies, however. On the minus side, the AEG is wired to Mini Tamiya, which is rather outdated in 2023. The RIS rail is a bit bulky and could prove unwieldy to some. The left ambidextrous controls are rather stiff and will require a bit of a break-in period. The included hi-cap magazine is a bit of a dud compared to others on the market and required constant winding. The stock, while accurate and aesthetically pleasing, leaves little room for batteries. And, of course, the elephant in the room: The Price. $500+ is rather steep for an AEG, especially for beginners. The biggest offender, in my experience, was the lack of proper QC on my replica. The AEG came to me with a busted charging handle spring and mock bolt catch plate. However, Amped's Customer Service team was invaluable in helping me pinpoint the issue, and Umarex stayed true to their one-year service warranty, providing me with the parts required to fix the issue. Alas, that's going to cost 'em a star. Despite all that, this AEG is a great investment for anyone looking to take their airsoft experience up a notch without the need or know-how for DIY upgrades, or those that simply can't get enough of those sweet, sweet H&K trades!
