We are sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues with your G17! A few recommendations I could make is to check the feed lips or fill valve if you believe the magazine is the issue. Another thing you could do is check the nozzle for any chips or damage. As for the hammer breaking, that usually is resulting from high stress usage. If you believe it to be just a faulty hammer or damaged prior to you receiving it, you can always reach out to Umarex to inquire about a warranty. “Been a long time comin', but licenced Glock's are here! (AMPED) My new Umerex EF G17 is a beauty, seems rugged, looks good. Shoots good too. 4 stars only because not much happening in the spare, aftermarket parts bin...yet. But I bet they'll come, and then, less worry over breakage, more performance buildups, etc. Overall, get one! Maybe two! Im considering gettin' a G19 too...”
