“Love love love 99% is amazing stuff only thing that could be worked on it the smell isn't as great. Hair feels super soft and hands change colour but the colour comes off and doesn't last long. Will buy again.”

I've been using your product for a month now and don't seem to be getting the results I wanted. I was at a friends and noticed that our bottles are different. Is there a reason for this? It suppose to be the same product and hers worked better when I used it (removing the brassy tones.
