“I was excited to try my new product but when I opened the box the shampoo was open and had leaked out. When I contacted customer services with a picture I was asked to provide proof of how much product was in the box! Not the service I would expect. It shouldN't have happened. There was no seal on the bottle so it's poor packaging on their part. I should t have to prove how much has leaked out as none should have. I should have received a product, brand new, that I had to open! It's disgraceful!”
