“I have a lot of long bleached platinum hair. Tried 2-3 pumps but better with 4 pumps. My hair feels soft after it's applied but tangly and crunchy after it dries, even with leave-in products. I can stand it for one day but day 2 starts to get greasy. I have to wash my hair sooner. I've used it 5x and there is no noticeable improvement. I find new splitting and breakage after every wash. I will continue to use it as directed and hope it's doing something beneficial but I'm disappointed.”
