“I received my order of an Anna hoodie and gave to my daughter for Christmas. After wearing twice (not even washed) the zip has two teeth missing from it. In speaking with a manager she stated that it was wear and tear and that she would do nothing as the item was quality checked and no others have been returned faulty. When the item arrived it appeared as new without fault and the issue was noticed on the second wear of the item. (I did not pull at the item in any way as the manager suggested, only zipped up and down) Clearly only worn twice this is not wear and tear and I am entitled to a replacement or repair.”
