“The item itself was amazing I gave it as a going-away present to my boyfriend. The quality alone was immaculate. My only problem which is a big one for me is that they failed to communicate the shipment time frame at checkout it took about 3 months after I placed the order to receive it to receive the order. Nowhere on the site does it say or even hint that it'll take 3 months to receive your purchase when I asked customer service about they said it had been delivered yesterday. This was true however they never sent me any emails stating that it had been shipped, delivered, delayed, or even on its way to my house. As someone who works in the food industry communication on the status of someone's purchase is very important to me it shows customers that you care about their time and what they have going on in their lives. This whole situation has left me feeling the company itself doesn't care about my time. As a result, even though my boyfriend loves the product and upon my inspection, I do as well, I will never be ordering from this company again. If you have months to wait for a product that comes from the same country as you then it's definitely the place for you but unfortunately, I don't have that kind of time.”
