“Was looking for a joolz replacement wheel for a while as they were sold out online at a few stores and then came across anstel. They were the most competitive with prices and the service was outstanding. Delivery was next day. Will definitely be purchasing from anstel again”

“According to 5 stores and repairers, Joolz is the only model of pram they’ve encountered that requires a complete wheel replacement without the option of changing the tyres and tube. This would not be the biggest issue, if only anstel brands shipped their parcels when they say they do. After receiving my initial shipping confirmation, an entire week lapsed with no further progress. There is no listed phone number to call them, and after reaching out via email I finally received word a few days later that they’d managed to get my package into the hands of a courier. No apology or explanation provided. An absolute nightmare to deal with if you are dependent on a double pram, scour your online marketplaces before trying to deal with this company.”

Hi Sandra, We're very sorry about the small delay. We had an issue locating the remaining wheels from our previous Joolz distributorship stock (now out of stock) however we found some and got them away as quickly as possible. We're sorry the communication was not as expected on this occasion. All said, 5 business days from when you ordered from Melbourne to NSW 2570 and dependant on the carrier is reasonably within our expectations.
