“This armchair is not suitable for an adult, more like a pet or a child. Very uncomfortable to sit on. Will hurt your back. Even after explaining this to customer service they expected me to pay for return costs. Not great customer service provided.”

As stated on our website, we accept returns of unwanted or unsuitable items within 30 days of the delivery, but the return costs are not covered by us. Your return request was accepted however since the size of the item is depicted in one of the product images and described in the listing unfortunately we cannot assist you with a free of charge collection.
