“Awful. Not fit for purpose as keeps collapsing! Advertising photos (on Aosom) and description misleading; the sides are not straight but bulge out so the frame can pop outwards & click into place. The roof also bulges upwards, not shown in images.
The fabric seems fine & the zips strong enough. We put it up, following the manual instructions, on a dry day with only the slightest breeze. We used the ground pegs provided and had chosen a sheltered area of the garden. The roof canopy collapsed first (with a gunshot-like bang) then one of the sides went too. Bearing in mind we wanted our gazebo to be somewhere to relax, this gazebo, not cheap at £84.99, was a poor choice.
Aosom refused to pay return postage contrary to their Returns Policy for faulty goods. Offered us 15% refund if we'd agree to keep it! We've bought Outsunny products before, with no issues, so this is disappointing. Will certainly not be using Aosom again.”
