2 enclosed side pockets tie down loops.i pulled the foam from the stiffener and replaced it with my snake bandage… topped of with v 10x50’s…. The locking buckles are fiddly at first and there’s no tethers….. the strait webbing harness I’m liking a lot…… nothing flaps around
