“Ordering the appliance was easy, goods arrived within a few days but when they did the vacuum cleaner was faulty. I contact appliance central and staff were very helpful. I asked if I could exchange it as it wasn't in the condition you would expect a new machine to be which was declined now going through the whole warranty check / repair process for something that was used to a few minutes. Machine had to be sent to manufacturer and have heard nothing back from them. Starting to feel like it's going to be a long and somewhat painful process.”

“Absolutley love the Miele vacuum, especially after using a dyson stick for 2 years which never made my home feel dust free. Amazing suction, great tools for crevices and dusting, extra long cord, easy and light to move around. Appliance Central had the best price and purchase and delivery was easy and hassle free.”
