“This machine looks attractive. The extending tube was easy to adjust. The handle was comfortable to use. However, it is very hard to push the normal head on carpeted surfaces. The normal head has a roughish undersurface which increases the drag as you push it back and forwards. The gaps between the power gradations are too large. Even when set on speed 2 of six, it was very hard to push on carpet due to too much suction. Overall regretting this purchase now.”
