“Excellent vacuum easy to use and super easy to empty. Barrel can be up top or down the bottom. I did find it a bit heavier with the barrel up top. Cleaning all floors beautifully carpet,floating floors and tiles. Highly recommend”

“Amazing vacuum cleaner, so absolutely delighted with this purchase! It has such a smooth glide, high power and is an absolute pleasure to use. I use this vacuum almost every day and actually love vacuuming now! Absolutely worth the money, wouldn't swap it for anything else.”

“Appliance central is hopeless. I bought a vaccuum cleaner 12 days ago and it has still not been delivered. The website stated my item would be dispatched within 1-2 days so it is false advertising. I have contacted the courier company twice and appliance central twice but no action from either. I will not be using this company again and I advise other customers not to purchase from them.”

“After I put the vacuum together, it's like being glued together in o I've piece and cannot be pulled apart to change attachments or use it as a hand held vacuum. Contacted Appliance Central but to date I'm still waiting for their response. I contacted Miele myself but due to Covid I couldn't take it to the repair shop Miele recommended. I'm hoping this problem will get resolved.”
