“This is our second Miele Triflex Pro. We loved the first one so much we’ve bought this second one for our shack. It’s a brilliant design - quality materials, easy to use and clean, glides over hard floors and tiles - also works well on carpet. It’s also easy to empty and clean. I love the floor light - highlighting all dust. I also like the way it turns on and stays on - I don’t have to manually hold the switch down for it to work. I worried it would be heavy to push but it’s so well balanced I find it easy. It comes with two batteries so I always have one fully charged and ready to go. Miele is also an ethical brand which is so important to us - it has an A rating on ethical.org.au.”

“This vacuum is powerful enough to pick up dirt and rubbish off the floor yet light and easy to manoeuvre. I love the fact that there is no annoying cord to move around.”

“Positive note on this TRIFLEX HX1 PRO vacuum, excellent suction the negative part is a bit heavier in weight, the bin compartment is too small & annoying to empty”
