“This company is appalling. My item never arrived and it took a month and seven phone calls before I received a refund. Every time with Ben I was promised one to two days, one to two days. I even rang Betta Electrical head office (appliance Central operates out of their Villawood store and is under their banner) and they were not able to do anything. Took no responsibility and promised to email me with updates which never happened. Only got my refund after opening a claim with PayPal. Appalling communication and appalling customer service.”
