“Appliance Central service was good however the heater itself hasn't lived up to expectations. We had an older Rinnai Avenger 25 that after paying $600 for a Rinnai tech still wasn't fixed. We decided to buy a new version of this heater only to find out that unlike the previous version, the new Avenger doesn't turn off when it reaches the set temperature. Regularly now even though the heater is set at 18 degrees the room reaches 23-24. We contacted Rinnai, they sent out a tech only to tell us the new version doesn't turn off (plus they want to charge us the call out!).”
