“I bought this product from Appliances Central, their service and delivery was first class. The product arrived within 48 hours. The product was faulty and kept turning itself off after varying periods of time. Rinnai has since dispensed a service man, who replaced all of the parts inside the heater, which has solved the turning off problem. Not sure why they just didn't replace the entire heater.”
