“Hopeless after sales service and advice. Had a small query with non normal closing fridge door...they asked for email details ... after 2 phone calls and the email details forwarded to them, they didn't even bother to respond.
Called LG ... Fixed in 5 minutes.”
“Although the fridge is fine and the delivery guy were good, the arrangement of the delivery was appalling.
First the driver just forgot my order in the warehouse and it was a Sat. I didn't go to work because of the delivery. Also, I needed the new fridge to have all the food in there before they went bad, eventually, I had to throw all of them into the bin, that's like $100 waste of food. The driver was apologetic when he called and advised that no one could go back and pick up the fridge and deliver it on Sat, but could make it the priority on Mon. I requested it to be before 10am, it came at nearly 11am, without any notice, only got a call when the delivery was arriving in about half an hour and that was over 10am, and I missed work again. It you think of saving a hundred or two from purchasing appliance from here, think about the extra time you need to put in and the trouble it may bring.”
