A $300 mistake. Microwave has intermittent issue starting program from the beginning. After a month it wouldn’t even start. Accessing warranty process with Panasonic is traumatic, first i have to write to them to apply for it, then I have to drive to Moorabbin to drop it off at an electronic shop for assessment. The assessment company is open 9-5 Monday to Friday, so I had to take time off my work to do this. The drive there and return took me two hours. They warned you before warranty starts that they may charge you if they don’t find the fault. And once dropped off, there’s unknown period of waiting (days? weeks?) for assessment; and if assessed to be faulty, the electronic shop will ask Panasonic for parts to be sent over to facilitate repair. It’s a risk i took with an online retailer and buying Panasonic brand. All the time and energy wasted, might as well buy a new one and forget about all these.

Ordered on 29/3/2022, broken after 3 months. Contacted Appliance Central & Panasonic for warranty but they don't provide pick up service, you need drive hours to bring the microwave there to check.

I have ordered 10th Apr, and it's been 2weeks. It hasn't arrived yet. Delivery is too late. I'm still waiting.

I use this one for our rent properties which can replace the smeg built in model, which works perfect without need to replace the trim. so far so good.

Goldilocks microwave - not too big or too small. Very powerful. When programming - pushing touch buttons- have to press quite hard. It can be a little annoying. Special programs not very intuitive- easier to just guess eg 30 seconds to melt butter, rather than looking up steps to sensor cook program in the booklet manual. Would buy again.
