“We purchased a gas bottle separately and connected it up to the heater, which was very easy to do. The living flame effect only works if the ceramic logs or coals are placed into the heater and so if you buy one, you need to do this before testing (the logs are packaged separately).
The heater is compact but produces a good amount of heat with an attractive flame effect. It has an easy-to-use control with three different heat settings. It moves easily and smoothly on its wheels.
The user instructions are unfortunately not very easy to read with very small print and unclear diagrams. There is also no mention of placing the logs into the heater before use.”

Thank you for your feedback, it is important to us. We can see from our records that you reported that your heater arrived damaged, however, you proceeded to use it. You mentioned that after using it the heater was not staying lit. Our Customer Service Advisor explained that there is a room-size requirement for heaters and a safety mechanism whereby if the room size is too small the heater cuts out. At the time we did not have stock of this heater to send a replacement however, we received more stock in at the end of last week. Our Customer Service Advisor is preparing to have a replacement sent out to you today.
