“A really beautiful looking stove. Easily moveable. Have only tried it with the gas for a couple of hours as it’s not cold enough yet. But I’m looking forward to having it burning in the colder weather. Ignition takes a little time to get used to. You have to hold it down for about 30-45 seconds. But I’m sure it just takes time to get used to. Very smooth transaction. I live in a bungalow and made sure the pallex company was aware I needed it bring to the door and not the kerbside. The driver was amazing. Wheeled it to the door and then waited while we both unwrapped the package and he took the large pallet away with him. I think you need to make sure the delivery company are aware that you want this service. The drivers are so so busy. I cannot be more happier. Definitely recommend the stove and the company. Fingers crossed I don’t have any issues when I start using it. Lol”
