We can see that you reported this to us on 14th March at 16.28 and our Customer Service Team responded back to you the following day, 15th March at 12.30. You replied back on Saturday, 16th March. As we are closed over the weekend and were also closed on Monday 18th March for St Patrick's Day (an information banner was on the website to inform customers) a reply was sent to you when we reopened on Tuesday 19th March at 10.04 to arrange a collection. We can see that a collection has since been arranged and a replacement heater has been sent. We apologise for any inconvenience that was caused.

All gas heaters must be turned off at source. The gas must be turned off at the regulator. When a heater is completely enclosed with a back door, the door would have to be opened each time to turn the regulator off.
