“Item requires simple assembly but the boxed item contained the wrong and incomplete pack for assembly: wrong number of bolts and no nuts at all. So either the hassle of reboxing and returning, or source own nuts for bolts (which I did). At price charged to have to do this is unsatisfactory,”
