“The portable heater is great but as a first time user, getting a bottle has been a nightmare. Multiple suppliers have said that it is Calor that wont supply them?
I eventually had to buy one off the Internet from miles away and get a refill.
If I'd have know, I probably would have sought an alternative”

“The appliance arrived on time and was working from the word go. However, the instructions that were included didn't tell you how to attach the supplied gas valve. The only mention was that you should connect and turn it on 'according to the regulator instructions', which were not included. A quick trip to the internet solved that problem, but it would be a good idea to include this info in the operating instructions.
Also, to begin with, the heater did smell a great deal. I contacted the supplier and they told me this is quite common for the first couple of days as the heater burns off oil and dust. It seems to have improved a great deal after a week, so I guess they were right. It might be a good idea to mention this in the operating instructions as well.”

“Great, warms my 5x4 meter home office a treat. You do need to keep a window slightly ajar but fumes are not an issue. I use a 12kg butane bottle. Should keep me and the dog toasty as we head into winter. Simple to set up, stylish, heats the room in a jiffy”
